Liquid Diet HELP

I'm on day six on my liquid diet. i have 8 more days until my surgery. i'm freaking out with anxiety over the surgery in general but the liquid diet is giving me problems. is anyone else struggling? my shakes are so blah i can't take it. For anyone that is done with their liquid stage, what are some things that helped you?

Thanks in advance!

Why not change brands of protein shakes, it takes a few to find the one that you will like. You could also add ice and put it in the blender and make it more like a real shake.

Changing brands will be not be an option for me (when the time comes in a couple weeks). Maybe try a couple drops of a sugar free extract/flavoring? If you're not using ice I would recommend that. It should help the texture & cold changes the taste of foods (usually dulls it a bit).

Thank you both! I was not able to change shakes, but I did add extracts and ice and it did make them a little bit better!
