Hi my name is Richard and i am having my gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Almanza on the March 7th. I started my pre-op diet yesterday. I Am Currently 320 lbs and my goal weight is 180. I am new to this message board and would love to here your comments or any advice you may have. I have been big my whole life and have been looking into the surgery for the last year and a half. I dont have insurance so i am paying for it myself. I have finally gotten all the money i need for my surgery and have booked my surgery and my flight.

I am 7 days into my preop and my surgery is March 11th. Excited, it can't come soon enough. Keep in touch so we can keep each other motivated. We will be in the losing club together ! Lol!!????
