  5. Hi my name is Richard and i am having my gastric sleeve surgery with Dr Almanza on the March 7th. I started my pre-op diet yesterday. I Am Currently 320 lbs and my goal weight is 180. I am new to this message board and would love to here your comments or any advice you may have. I have been big my whole life and have been looking into the surgery for the last year and a half. I dont have insurance so i am paying for it myself. I have finally gotten all the money i need for my surgery and have booked my surgery and my flight.
