low fat cream soup?

I'm on full liquids and having trouble finding low fat cream soups. Any suggestions?

I liked Anderson's Split Pea Soup. Went down easy pretty quickly post-op and it has 9-10 grams of Protein per cup and 0-1 grams of fat.

On the dietary guidelines from my surgeon said it has to be low fat. Trust me I prefer regular cream based soup lol.

I wouldn't be worrying about fat content. Actually during my entire weight loss I have not counted/looked at fat content. We eat so little it will not have a detremental effect at all. I have lost and met my goal weight: 78.2 pounds in less than 6 months. Go full fat!!

My surgeon "made" me eat low fat cream soups too. Not as good yeah, but I used a little milk in mine as a "cheat"

I added a little lactaid to my soup and put it in the blender. I thought it would help increase protein lol.
