Blended drink- 8 days post op

So now I'm in puréed foods. I made this drink that has nonfat vanilla Greek yogurt, some Tropicana 50 orange juice and frozen pineapple and blended it all together. Is this ok to have? I feel like I need some sugar because I feel light headed

That sounds so yummy, but i don't get pureed food for another 4 days. I have 2 weeks of full liquids before progressing to puree. I can't wait to try the pineapple orange smoothie!

It's good but I don't even know if its ok to have. I don't see why not as long ad it's just a little bit. If u use the low acid one, that's probably better. Let me know how u like it when u try it! :-)
