Starving

I'm 19 days out and I'm starving. Doesn't feel like heard hungry feels like real hungry. Any advice? Thank you.

I'm no expert...but I believe that head hunger and real hunger can/do feel the same at times...they did for me at least.

Well, firstly you are not starving, those in third world countries are. You may have stomach acid that is making you feel hungry. Are you taking a PPI? If not you may want to try, I found that this helped. Also keep yourself busy so as to not be thinking about food(if you are) get some hobbies, go for a walk, anything to keep your mind off eating.
