The great thread killer......

  • Popular Post

I am the greatest thread killer. I comment on a thread & all activities stop. No one comments after i say anything. No one loves me.

Making sad face. :-(

I think I shall become a lurker. Bwahahahaha.

Ok....how do you count a costco sample lunch into my fitness pal?

Break it down ounce by ounce bit by bit :P

Smart ass...

No :P that's how I had to do things like that...it's tedious to say the least

Unless I'm confused on what you're asking

What exactly is a costco sample lunch?

I assumed it was like a lunchable? No?

Not really. It is literally a bunch of sample from ham slices, to Cookies, to energy drinks to yogurt. What they happen to be sampling. It is good that most times they are sampling foods that are good for us like chicken or beef.

Lisa lol!!

No I went to Costco and they cook and give out bites!! I had..

1 bite of salmon (ok a little fishy)

1 bite of lemon basil tilapia (really good)

2 bites of napa hormone free sausage ( yummy)

1 small piece of lentil flat bread ( super yummy)

Hehe I should take a poll from everyone as to

How many calories and carbs and Protein it contained.

Oh I know I will PM a vet!

Mmmm, sounds good and...cheap! Good move.

Hehe!! That sounds awesome!

I need to get a Costco membership pronto!

Yes yes pm a vet they will know :P

Um, ballpark 150 Cal? Depends at how big your bites are, I suppose. Sorry, I was not blessed with the calorie guessing gene. Hence, my diet is very simple and I depend on my trusty food scale.

That sounds good but I think I will wait until I get the answer I want... Eventually someone will come along and say

"girl that's nothing I wouldn't even count it"

Hehehe :P

Girl that's nothing and I wouldn't even count it.

( take a small walk and boom you off set the calories)

Hey probably just walking to and from the store off set the calories so you're good

Yay!!!
