depressed. pre op

So im a 1 1/2 pre op and im not nervous but Im feeling a little depressed. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Yeah...the pre-op diet made me depressed! ;) But seriously, I think that is a natural reaction! You are going through a lot mentally! I remember thinking, "why can't I just get myself in control, so I don't have to do anything drastic!" It does get better, though!
