6 weeks 5 days post op

So today I had my second post-op appointment. I'm down 34 pounds since surgery plus the 20 pounds I lost pre-op. Unfortunately I have been chronically dehydrated for a few weeks now due to what initially was thought to be a stricture but turns out was just my sleeve being swollen. My surgeon said my main focus right now needs to be increasing my liquid and protein intake. I'm only able to get in 32 oz of water and about 20 grams of protein. Protein shakes, shots, and isopure don't sit well with me..if anyone has suggestions about how to get the necessary amount of protein in, I would appreciate it :-)

Have you tried unflavored protein powder in jello? I use the unjury and it's not bad at all!

Not in jello but I've used isopure unflavored powder with soups and I also mix it with crystal light when I add it to water. But I'll try your suggestion, thanks :-)
