Depending on how soft it is, my NUT said week 3 - soft foods stage.

My "softs" started at week 2. I eat quite a bit of cheese. Mostly cottage, fresh mozzarella and Colby-jack squares.

Mine was after week one and I eat cottage, low fat string and low fat cheddar cheese.

mmmmm i love cheese best way to get on protein and calories :)

Depends on what your Dr and NUT says :) Mine is 2 weeks but I know it varies from surgeon to surgeon.

I had cheese at the soft foods stage but it really cramped my stomach
