I'm having my surgery with Dr Garcia march 6th. Woohoo. I'm getting excited.

I haven't seen a lot of detail on posts from same day travel/operation people. I have to get up at 3am EST to get to San Diego by 10am PST. Then shuttle to mi doctor followed by surgery.

If any of the veterans that have done this can share some of their tips or experiences, I would be grateful. I'm picturing 3 hours on a plane next to someone with my stomach rumbling.

I know it will be a long day and I wish it could be over already.

I'm doing this tomorrow. I will let you know how it goes.... I'm a tough girl but I don't travel well... Will miss my motion sickness medication tomorrow... I also have a headache from not eating for the last 3 days so we'll see.
