Pain in right lower side?

Has anyone experienced a sharp pain in their lower right abdomen area. I got my period on Friday so I'm thinking is cramps but this is bad. Can't get up without crying I was doing fine what happened? This sucks!!!!

    You should definitely call your dr about this. It could be cramps, but on the right side it could also be Gallbladder or appendicitis. Good Luck.
