Nuts & Granola

When was everyone able to comfortably eat nuts and granola? My nut will allow it in a week, but I'm still concerned about it.

    I tried peanuts (the plain ole convenience store kind) after 2 weeks. My stomach grumbled a little (I only ate 4 o 5) but was okay with them. Since then I've tried sunflower seeds and pistachios at week 4 with no problems.

    Whenever you try a new food, take about 1/2 teaspoon bite and wait about 5 minutes to give your stomach time to let you know if it likes it or not.
