WTH?

Starting to freak a bit. I'm 5 months out & am doing absolutely nothing different. What used to be a steady constant weight loss - 79 pounds so far, now in the last 2 days I've gained 2 pounds!! It's making me crazy. I've never missed my supplements, haven't had a taste of bread at all, am active & get in my protein shakes & water. I don't want to be that person that is constantly on the scale, but I was so used to seeing the numbers going down, this is making me panic. I just finished my period a few days ago so I'm hoping that's it. I really am very chill people - this isn't like me at all to have such a frantic reaction! UGH!!

I just posted this on another persons post so ill recycle lol.

Stalls definitely happen. I was sleeved 8/27/12 and have lost over 100 lbs. my first stall was a couple weeks after Christmas. I lost nothing for over 3 weeks. I freaked out and started panicking. Then this last weeks he weight just seemed to fall off. In 9 days I've lost 14 lbs. Just keep your focus it will pass.

Thank you so much. I wouldn't mind so much if the scale didn't move, but it's moving in the wrong direction!!! Did that ever happen to you?

Yes it went up and down. I tend to blame the whole electronic machine thing lol. Your weight will fluctuate quite a bit. I look at it like this if your consuming 64 oz of fluid that's 4 pounds. Doesn't necessarily equal something bad just more of how it is. If you become hypnotized with the number you will quickly start doubting yourself. Focus on how you feel. Just because the number doesn't change doesn't mean your not losing inches.

Thanks for talking me off the ledge... I do feel better. This site rocks! I'm usually very rational... Lol

You're welcome. It's only natural to have those moments.

I'm glad I read this thread. I've been at a stall the last 4 days and it was driving me insane. Thanks for the advice.
