WHO'S THRISTY

I must confess I'm craving SELTZER WATER like cake I don't care how much liquid I drink my mouth is wants sparkling water. Is there anyone out there who is 5 or more month n has drank any carbonated drinks n did it stretch your sleeve.

I like carbonated seltzer as well. Nice alternative to a sip of Pepsi from my husband. Def no no. For me the key is to sip it. Also if you put an ice cube, piece of fruit or lemon/lime slice in it, that helps take a lil of the fizz out. I actually mix my wine with it so I am hydrating and lowering my calories. Can only have a few ounces and try to drink it between meals.

I love seltzer, but was told to give it up pre-op by my dr & NUT. I'm strictly water now!
