First off we really need a tv forum lol wow just was watching this show and holy cow the changes in these people are amazing! I'm glad I choose to do this! Oh I'm down to 295.4 from 388 thank god!

    I know! UHG I need to work harder :( I think out surgery is better because we can't stretch out stomachs like you can stretch that pouch.
