gas gas gas

I am 3 days post op and what is everyone doing for gas pains? I'm walking in circles in the house but my belly is just constant rumbling and tumbling. I'm also using a heating pad...I just want to fart so bad!! Other than that I have no complaints. Any other ideas?

    I stoped having gas pains around a week later. Gas x strips help, and since you started farting itll be downhill from here :)
