Im getting sleeved on the 8th of April with dr. Weiss. So excited

Hi new new good luck on the eight. Dr Weiss is wonderful I am five weeks out.

Congrats how is everything going

Hi all - I'm in Lexington and was sleeved on 12/21 by Dr. Weiss (Bluegrass Bariatrics).

Knock on wood, I've had absolutely zero complications and have lost 60 lbs total, 13 of which were pre-op. I'm feeling really great physically although I do seem to be much more easily irritated by minor annoyances since surgery. I'm working on that....hopefully my body and hormones are as well. :)

Tiffy - I'm also on MyFitnessPal and will add you.

Hi! I was. Sleeved Feb. 18, 2013 in Georgetown, by Dr. Weiss. I am down 35 pounds. 13 were before surgery. I am feeling great. Can't wait to get more off. Just losing that much has made feel so much better. I do have some problems with eating some foods and keeping them down. Chicken does work at all for me right now nor does baked potatoes.

I'm from Somerset, KY and Dr. Weiss will be doing my surgery. I have three more month of my supervised diet before they submit to my insurance. Anyone else have the 6 month diet? And how long after you finished and were approved did they schedule you for surgery? I also have to have the scope done. Do they do that pretty quickly and get you into surgery ?

I was sleeved 12/21/2011. Dr. Weiss at Central Baptist in Lexington. He is great...easy on the eyes too. lol Too bad post-op all I see is his PA. I have had nothing but a wonderful experience. I'm still learning what to eat and what not to eat even at 16 months out.

Yep, Dr. Weiss. Love him. Last time I saw him was as he released me from the hospial. That's a good thing, if you never see him again!

I was sleeved on April 9th in Pikeville with Dr. Amy Johnson. 17 lbs down since April 1st pre-op diet.

I'm Kristie & Dr Weiss did my surgery on May 18th of last year, so I'm 11 months out tomorrow. I'm down 143 pounds total (50 during pre-op diet). I'm user name: KristieAtkinson on MFP if you want to add me.
