I love frappes so i made my own frappe or iced coffee i bought the light international delight coffee and added my scoop of chocolate protein then added ice and put in the blender it was good.

I use vanilla Protein powder and add instant decaf coffee mix with ice cubes and ta-da iced coffee. You can also add SF syrups for flavor.

This is what I do put ice in magic bullet use decaffeinated coffee splenda either Walden farms caramel or chocolate syrup. 1/2 cup soy milk 1/2cup water and blend and yummo a 15calories shake
