Stuck for two weeks

I am six weeks post op and I haven't lost any weight in two weeks! Is this all I am going to loose? Am I eating too much?

It's normal! Stop weighing yourself and driving yourself crazy! Put it away. Go by your clothes. Or even measuring tape. There are countless posts on this forum by people saying how they aren't the same weight as they used to be when they were younger, but they can fit the same clothes....same goes for countless posts about stalls. I know it's hard to resist the stupid scale....but for your sanity..just ditch it for a while. Good luck!

You're in a stall. Do a quick search for "week 3 stall" and you'll find that most of us, somewhere in that time frame, for no reason at all... stop losing weight for a couple/few weeks. It's normal, so just stick to your plan and the weight will come off.

I lost no weight for about 10 days right after I hit the 6 week mark. Today I jumped on the scale and was down four pounds since Saturday. Wednesday will be 8 weeks for me. Hang in there, you'll start losing again.
