I finally did it!

I am usually a weigh myself aholic but after being stuck at 395 for 6 days then losing 2 then being stuck there for 2 days I decided to have my wife hide the scale and only let me use it on Wednesdays. So now all I think about is that number and I have a body bugg on my arm to measure my calories, activity, and steps so I have been a machine lately jogging and walking up and down my street twice a day and going to the gym. I'm looking forward to Wednesday! Bring it on!!!!!

Constantly weighing your self will drive you nuts . Once a week is best .

Boy! Can I relate and I can't stop! I've been weighing myself EVERYDAY since my VSG 14 months ago! Just can't help myself! For some reason if I don't weigh myself then I give myself an unconscious approval to eat whatever I want! I've tried having my BF hide the scale and it just drives me crazy! Whatever works for you...that's the bottom line. Good luck on your journey!

I say.. Embrace the nuttiness! That has gotten me through many a tough time in the past and most likely will in the future. Theres way too much seriousness going on out there anyway!
