I am 11 days postop and I can swallow more liquid now than before, almost as much as preop and I noticed that the burning ,fizzing on the top of my stomach I used to get when I eat anything has gone away....is this normal to feel almost normal when eating and drinking????

I drank my weight in chicken broth for a week after surgery. It is normal. You need to drink a ton and since there is no food in the way to stop it, you have a bunch of room for liquids! If you can drink comfortably, time for the happy dance! Good luck in your weightloss journey!

Wow...I am starving because I felt I was drinking too much broth. I am always hungry. I thought i stretched my stomach and that was why I wasn't having those feelings anymore..lol...
