Ugh--gas bubble

So I am 10 days post op. I was drinking my protein shake and must have taken too big of a sip. I ended up with a gas bubble. Tried to burp it out but it came up with the protein shake. Not quite vomiting more like spit up. Ugh. And I still feel the burp in there. Maybe gas x?

I do not use gas x myself but get up and move around as that should help.

You have to reteach yourself how to burp because most of your stomach muscle is gone now....I am still working on it. But moving around will help too.

Damn bubble is still there. I am burping but nothing effective enough to get rid of it. When I try to drink something it makes it worse. Trying to get some Gatorade down so I stay properly hydrated. I felt really good today until this. The joys of my new tummy lol
