Cold/ flu... what did you eat?

I am 4 months out and feel like i have a bad cold or flu. What are some good go to foods when you don't have an apatite ?

    when I got sick i didnt want to eat so I just made sure my fuids were in and drank chicken broth. Hope you feel btter
