When do I feel restriction?

I am 12 days postop. Feel great. I am a band revision. Have been able to drink normal since day one. When will I feel restriction and how and where do you feel it?

I am only 3 weeks out, but with hardboiled egg whites with some avacado mushed I still get a very full feeling. liquids go down way faster than I thought.

Question for folks - once you are eating solid foods, what does the overall portion/volume size feel like to be full form an avrage meal. Think like chicken breast, some veggies and a bit of carb. Thx in advance
