Since I have been throwing up alot. I have tried to drink gatorade low cal... And eat pedialite pops but I cant tolerate even a sip b4 they come back up.

Maybe your Nexium isn't enough? My surgeon has me on a Prilosec in the morning, Zantac in the afternoon, and another Prilosec in the evening. Definitely stay away from tomatoes and spicy foods. I'd check in with the doc about increasing/adding acid meds. Hope you feel better soon!
