Help needed Day 10 problem

Had my VSG and Hiatal Hernia repair 10 days ago. Tonight I are about 3 ounces of baked fish that I chewed really well before swallowing. that was 2 hours ago and the pain in my chest and thought will not ease up. I'm spitting up the "slime", but wish I could actually throw it all up. I'm afraid to drink water. I've read that it usually only causes pain for about 15 minutes and its been 2 hours. Any advice??

Maybe it was too soon to eat that ! I'm almost a month and can't eat that ! I would call the surgeon just to be safe . Or go to the er good luck

3 oz might have been to much, I did that with Tunafish and 2 oz stuck in me for about an hour in a half, just try a couple bites at time and wait to see if it goes

down, just cause they tell you to start different stages, doesn't mean

we can sometimes do it:)
