Help needed Day 10 problem

Had my VSG and Hiatal Hernia repair 10 days ago. Tonight I are about 3 ounces of baked fish that I chewed really well before swallowing. that was 2 hours ago and the pain in my chest and thought will not ease up. I'm spitting up the "slime", but wish I could actually throw it all up. I'm afraid to drink water. I've read that it usually only causes pain for about 15 minutes and its been 2 hours. Any advice??
