I am just dipping under 235 this morning and I am EXTATIC!

Started at 280 and saw 231 on the scale this morning!!!!!

started out at 289 in April and have looked at 217 on the scale for several days now....ready for some movement on that scale besides me jumping around trying to get it to change!!!

I lost another pound after losing and regaining the same 3 for several weeks! Wooohooo!

I started out at 283 and now I am 171lbs. I'm normally around 175, which is still below my goal weight.
