Like the title says, tomorrow I will be 7 weeks out. I had my surgery on December 10th. I am having trouble finding foods to eat that are higher Protein, but still have lower Carb and fat content. Can any of you recommend what your favorite things have been post-op? I've been doing Greek yogurt, chicken breast and egg whites a lot, so hopefully someone has some other suggestions for me. I appreciate any insight you can give me! Thanks in advance!
Eta: if anyone would be willing to share their typical day's menu, that would be awesome! Thanks again.
