I was sleeved on 1-22-13 & I have been struggling to get in all of the water & protein my doc wants me to have. I've been drinking Isopure, from GNC. One 20 oz bottle has 40 g of protein & can double as your water. It tastes sort of like Gatoraide. I drink 1 & 1/2 throughout the day.

Major surgery am the most depressing time of they ear. Broke from Xmas, bills coming in, crappy weather in the month of jan. I've had my share of breakdowns. Praying for January to end and look toward to a new month with a new attitude, goals and tribulations. I am 7 weeks out and doin better now but still can't wait for January to end!
