Post-op stomach gurgling questions

I am 3 days post op and have a few questions. Occasionally my stomach gurgles like I am hungry, but I was told I would not feel hungry like before. Any thoughts? Could it be the air they pumped into me?

I also have not eaten a whole lot because I have faced severe nausea after surgery. Anyone else have that?

I had those gurgles for about 2 weeks. It wasn't hunger pains, they were caused by the things I was eating. Sugar free Jell-O and sugar free popsicles would and still do cause it after just a few bites.

Anytime I eat sitting up I get gurgling.

Im 6wks po and still get a funny gurgle sound when I drink. Its like an inside burp. Hopefully it will eventually go away.

At over a year out, I still have gurgling...

Yeah, the talking stomach doesn't really go away >.> I notice mine the most when I drink.
