Felt like I was dying:(

I am post op 10 days, no problems what so ever. Cleaned out my clothes closet last night

sat down n bed around 10pm. Suddenly wracked with the most excruciating pain I have ever

had. My left side hurt right where the hip is. Called the bariatric surgeon on call and

he just told me to take some of my pain meds. So I called ER and they said come right away

cause of recent surgery. 5hrs later 4:00 in morning, I have two Kidney Stones! One passed

and one still in Kidney. Plus I got UTI.

Anyone else get this after surgery? Never had them before, but DR. says my strict diet

change could have caused them.

I doubt that the diet change could have caused kidney stones in the short amount of time it has been, but kidney stones can form in anyone at anytime, and from what I've seen there is a lot of conflicting information about what causes them, sometimes I think they just don't have a clue so they make stuff up. Good Luck.
