I shaved my head because my hair was growing too fast. And my fingernails are doing the same. But then I've been doing 100-160g per day of protein.

Mine hasn't ..but I'm only 2 1/2 months out..waiting..hoping I am exception..

I'm 7 months out and haven't lost any hair. The only vitamin I take is my multi vitamin and my B12. My protein intake is 80 grams minimum as required by my Doctor. I didn't really start hitting that number until my 3rd or 4th week out.

I thought I was one of the "lucky ones" until I hit month 6 and it started falling out like crazy. Im almost 9 months out and it hasnt stopped!!! Ill probably be bald soon:..... but thinner :) ha!
