Troubles sleeping

I feel like I been tossing and turning and last 3 nights have woke up to soreness aching in both my arms , anyone else experience this? Anything I could try :/ I'm miserable barely sleep longer then 4 hours a night

The first night or two I had the same problem. Use a smaller dose of pain meds and try to relax. Use a heating pad.

I'm 3 week out just started past week

I had the same problem and it started about the same time. My NUT had me double up on the Iron pills and it helped a lot.

I'm not taking any iron

Aaron, sorry to hear this. It may or may not be related to your surgery, but it's worth investigating. Most people do get told to take at least a multivitamin and an iron supplement. If you're not you might need to start but definitely put in a call to your docs office to check with them first. Are you having any cramps at night?

No cramps no nothing I'm at 900 calorie diet all is good Protein ok just can't sleep :/
