YAY!! Congrats? How are you feeling as far as energy goes? And how are you coping with the new eating life style?

Thanks! I'm doing well! I'm still on full liquids until jan 24, then puree. I feel as though I have no side effects from the surgery. I'm lucky! The clear liquid phase was very trying but I'm doing well on the full liquids right now. I start walking on treadmill tonight at a new gym, I was walking outside prior to that. When I cook dinner for my daughter and hubby I almost forget I had the surgery and go grab a French fry and think hey I can't eat that! So it is all mental and breaking bad habits right now.
