Can someone please explain to me in simple terms what slider effect is? And does everyone go thru a stall ?

Hey I found this article on slider foods and it helped me understand it better.

And as far as stalls, I think eventually everyone goes through one. I think the biggest thing is to try not to get too frustrated. The most common stall is the 3 week stall. I think it's because many people are transitioning to mushy or purée foods and the body needs to adjust(that's just my logic don't quote me on it).

No worries just think of combinations of things you can eat. I know I too struggled like crazy with the smell of anything delicious in our house..

I go thorough the same thing. Especially with Easter candy sitting right in front of my face. lol it's sooo hard. But I try to make the best choices I can. So far so good I guess!
