I'll be 2 weeks on Friday. Looking forward to addiing cottage cheese and scrambled eggs.

Sent from my iPhone using VST

Fluffy scrambled eggs, soups (potato was my fav), cream of wheat, and try the ricotta bake (search it)

I pureed what my family had for supper. It had the flavor that baby food did not. I used baby food after my band and that was not wonderful. I did however use some baby food fruits and vegetables. They were not bad. Pureed oatmeal was another favorite.

I pureed chicken salad and put a tiny bit of cranberry sauce on top, a meatball with a little sauce. Refried Beans w cheese. Egg salad.

I thought the smooth texture would bother me, but it didn't. I was happy to have all the flavors I love.

I also echo trying the Ricotta bake. YUM.

Good luck .

Do anyone know if it gets better with swallowing to fast? Like is this something I always have to worry about?

I am a fast eater always have been. I am post op and still eat fast. What works for me is portion control. I only ever dish what the portion is to be. After is gone, I am done and soon after my body tells me the same
