3 weeks out and have a question

I have a question and would like to here from the group :) I will soon be going on my third week of weight loss..down about

20 pounds post surgery...started at 296 but lost 32 pounds prior to surgery a total of 52 :) ...I had the sleeve done....about how

many pounds should I lose on a average for the next 2 months (weekly) thanks Patty

  • Aim for 10lbs a month. Thats what I was told is the average monthly loss. If you go by weekly you will be disappointed when you experience stalls etc.

  • 3-5 lbs. is average according to my nut after 1-month out

  • Its different for everyone but 10lbs is a good goal and hopefully you don't hit any snags.
