I did it. I did it. Feb 25th is the day my life will change forever. My surgeon said I was a perfect candidate and my proportions are such that I should lose wait easily. So excited.

I have to do a 2 week liquid diet. So I will starting the 11th. My pre op appointment will be on the 14th. Excited and nervous. I am in Virginia.

They said no preop diet for me since bmi is low. But i think a 2 day liquid diet is a good idea. I may do that. What have u got as far as your protein supplements?

Well folks we are one month away from the big day. When do y'all start pre-op diets? My dr only requires a 2 day liquid diet but I'm putting myself on a 10 day low carb and shake diet. Gonna start it 2/15. Where does everyone live? I'm in Mississippi but having surgery in Louisiana.

I meet with the surgeon and Nut on Feb 1st to get my pre-op diet.

It's funny how different the pre-op diets are. I am also a low bmi (35.1 right now). I still have to do a 2 week liquid diet with protein drinks.

My date is Feb 4. I started my preop diet today. I have to do 5 days of low calorie and 3 days of clear liquid.

My date is Feb 20. Pre-op diet starts Feb 8.
