I'm three weeks out. I can take walks, I managed to grocery shop, I thought, "Eh, I'm good. I have enough energy to paint my daughter's bedroom."
Hubby tore it all apart, child has been sleeping on the couch for the last two nights and all I managed to do was wipe down the walls. I couldn't even get it taped off before I got dizzy and out of breath. Argh! I love to paint and I can't do it now. I think my stamina will get better, but right now, I'm frustrated! I started a project that my husband and sons will have to finish, and it's something I love to do!!! And I'm worried about going back to work. I have a very physical job. What if I can't do it?
I needed to vent. I'm still more glad than not about having had the surgery, but today I'm frustrated with myself.
