I made it......

to my first stall :( I know , I know , not the happy post you were looking for!! But I am trying to make sure I am getting in my protein and drinking all my water!!!!! I am feeling the frustration and even had a dream about throwinf the scale across the room last night! lol! I will get through it , but it does make make me want to yell when I weigh myself ! How are you stallers getting through it?

I'm handling mine by staying off the scale and on my plan. My body has been shocked by the surgery, shocked even more by the 2 weeks of clear liquids and probably is more confused than I am! I'm thinking it is just a matter of time before things normalize.

I have been told the stall is normal, my stall has been 8 days and then today I am 3 lbs down from friday. I just hubg in there and did nothing different. I hope your stall is not too long but they say there will be stalls all the time for some.
