........that your body only absorbs 20- 23 gr of Protein at one time ???? i have heard this...just wanted others thoughts ! :)

I cant see why that would be the case,if so why would the drs. Tell us to get 40-60 grams per day?

She means in one sitting. You can still get way more than that per day, you just have to break it up. Get 20 grams now, 20 more grams in a few hours, 20 more grams a few hours after that etc...

I asked my nutritionist and this is a myth. If you eat the right types of protein, your body will breakdown and absorb all of it.
