hate this feeling

Hi everybody I have got sleeve in sept 27 2012 in now 72 pounds down IM so happy of that but now this thing just star like this week I think or last week I been want eat all time it's like I stay want eat all time I hope it stop soon cuz I don't want go back in my old ways I really dont at all I don't need that at all I want know do anybody else feel like I do in what can I do to stop this .

You need to go back to basics. Plan your food / meals / Snacks every day and stick to it. No grazing. Don't waste this opportunity!

Yes go back to proteins and very low carbs (only healthy carbs like veggies)

Give it three full days of high protein low carbs and you should start to regain the control and feel satisfied.
