Anyone here also use horomone replacments

Hello, just trying to see if any of my fellow sleevers also use horomone replacements? If so did your weight go up and down, was it harder for you to lose and maintain your weight?

Thanks,

Me

I had to go off the HRT in preparation for the surgery, and never went back on. I am glad to be free of them, but I am almost 60 and it was time anyway. I had been on them since my hysterectomy at 42. And that is exactly when my serious weight issues began.

I had surgery Oct 8 2102. I took my shot on Oct. 23 2012. I hit a stall that I couldnt lose anything for 3 weeks. When the shot went to working out of my system I started losing again. I havent took a shot since. I feel fine without it.

Man this is not good news as I am only 36 and I need them to help with many issues. I am currently on the vivelle dot .1 mg.

I had been suffering with hot flashes and night sweats for a couple years. Confirmed menopause, thought once I lost weight it would get better but it did not. Went on HRT, Patches. Too much estrogen, GAINED 13 lbs. Went back and told doc, nope I will suffer through no more. The weight came back around my gut. I am 47, so I figure I will deal with it until I hit goal and then evaluate.

Good luck to you.
