Anyone have Cigna?

How long did it take for them to approve you once they had all your stuff? I have my last nutrition appt on Monday next week and then they are sending in my "packet"... Curious to know the wait time! Obviously super anxious!!!

It was 5 business days for my Cigna plan. Good luck!

I was submitted 19-December. Still waiting. I was told by the insurance coordinator 10-15 business days.

I had my paperwork submitted on a Tuesday (faxed), and by Saturday, I received a denial letter. A week later, I appealed it. Within 3 days of faxing that paperwork, I received my approval (I called them every day) over the phone.

It all depends who you speak to. I was told by some of the CIGNA Reps. that it would take 7 to 10 days, and others told me that they respond in 3-5 days! So I just kept calling until I had an answer. I would ask for the department that actually reviews the paperwork, as the Reps. that answer the phone, don't have the most updated information. Good luck to you!

Any particular phone number you used? PM please?
