Exercise virgin...

I haven't exercised properly for at least 12 years so am in need of some advice please. I was sleeved 31 October so am about 10 weeks post op. This week I've started riding my bike (done about 15km in 3 days) and walk/jog using the C25K app. I know I need to incorporate weights into my exercise routine and I would really appreciate some advice on how to work on my "bat-wing" arms (the floppy bit that hangs down when I extend my arms out to the side...) :-)

I would recommend getting a personal trainer for a month. S/he will show you proper form, motivate you, and teach you some exercises to help tighten your arms. Trainers can be affordable, if you are upfront with them on pricing. I pay about $8/session. If that isn't an option, there are a lot of instructional weight things on Pinterest. HIH

I met with a personal trainer once, and she gave me a huge pile of things I can do to work out at home. She was great. One cool thing is that a consultation with her was part of my surgery costs/coverage.

Hello Friends i think that there are Health Zone kiosks that you can visit to monitor your success. This is also when you start your Virgin Health Mile program. Beginning with getting your size, weight, hypertension level, body fat and listing dimensions. Thanks a lot!!
