4 weeks post op!

I can't believe I'm 4 weeks post op today.. I really can't believe how fast the time has gone! Anyways I feel wonderful!! No problems at all! And the best part? I'm down 30lbs so far!! Hope everyone is doing good as well!!! ????????????

My date is 1/14...:) I'm so scared excited and emotional all in one...I am happy to read post that have a positive outcomes it helps with the process ...Even thought the negative ones are eye opener and help with post op sign and sympotoms....My crazy brain starts to play tricks on me and doubt.

Good Luck! You will do great! It was THE best decision I have ever made... just wish I would have done it sooner! The first couple days are the worst but everyday is better! I didnt have to take any pain meds when I got home from the hospital. I was not in any pain.. just felt like I did 10000 too many crunches! Stay positive and remember... its normal to be nervous ! Good luck and keep me posted! :)
