I'm definitely not an expert, but have you been drinking enough fluids?

No but I definately get dizzy spells where I feel like I'm going to... I even get the narrowing vision that normally goes with fainting. I have been checking my blood pressure and it's usually really on th elow end of normal with my heart rate elevated. Typically happens if I get up too quickly or if I've been standing too long.

If you are fainting or have dizzy spells make sure to contact you're Bariatric team. They know medically the best for you. Blood pressure and fluids are key things to watch. Please be careful and get up slowly. I know I have to as I have an occasional dizzy spell too. Our bodies are going through so much. It is amazing all the things that get affected.

You can pass out from low blood pressure brought on by dehydration. Check with your Dr. but make sure you are getting your fluids.

I get dizzy when i dont get enough fluids or low sugar. I am 2 years out...make sure you get your fluids in. Also when this happens I need to eat ASAP. I keep peanut butter crackers with me at all times.
