detox diet post op

I've been eating so many carbs lately and I feel like it's all going to my mid section Smh I'm still losing weight tho but I know I've been so bad. So tomorrow I'm going to start a carb detox. I think I'll do my preop diet and see how that goes for at least a week. They say once you wen yourself of of carbs for a week or will make you not want them anymore or at least as much. So I'll give it a try! Wish me luck guys!

After the holidays, I've been considering doing the same thing! I was thinking about going on a protein shake diet for a week. Let me know what you are thinking about doing.

Look up Divas Boot Camp... it is a 5 day plan that helps to get off the carbs. (Posted here someplace...)I am using Myfitnesspal.com and following a southbeachy plan at 1000-1200 cals lower carb. I was hog wild over the holidays myself.
