january 3rd sleever

hey all .. i just got sleeved january 3rd , im sooo happy although the pain is killing me.im taking my medicarion and am on my clear lequid diet since yesterday (water,apple juice, suger free jelo and fat free soup) the problem is that i have to drink total of 8 cups as per dr. advice but i realllly cnt .. today maybe i had 2 or 3 cups total thats not even half what i should have ..im worried to gt dehydrated . any ways tom ill start full lequid diet(yugert, skimmed milk in addition to the previous) can any one advice me plz about the food

thnq every one without ur inspiration i wouldnt do it :D

Yay...The #1 reason people have to go back to the hospital after a sleeve is dehydration! So keep up the good work! Special K also has a flavor pkg with protein that you can add to a bottle of water if you want some flavor...& added plus get in some protein! :-)
